📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Support the accounting team in auditing and reviewing financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
• Provide ad-hoc accounting support as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
