In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, training and developing your team, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a smile. You'll work closely with our management team to implement new ideas and improve our processes, all while maintaining the unique culture and values that make Nabe Coffee special.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of baristas, ensuring high-quality coffee is served every time.
• Train and develop baristas to maintain and improve our standards of coffee craftsmanship.
• Oversee daily café operations, including inventory management and customer service.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new ideas and processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as coffee industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and inviting café environment that reflects our brand's values.
• Monitor customer feedback and use it to continuously improve our coffee and service.
• Represent Nabe Coffee at local events and coffee competitions to showcase our skills and promote our brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Barista or similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• Certification in coffee brewing, such as SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) or similar, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional coffee experiences.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Enthusiasm for the Nabe Coffee brand and its values.
