📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
• Prepare and analyze budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Support the accounting team in audits and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial close, including journal entries and posting.
• Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a trading company.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards is a plus.
