📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive distributor growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective supply chain management.
• Utilize SAP and Salesforce to streamline sales processes and enhance data-driven decision making.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to distributors.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in FMCG distribution.
• Represent JS Unitrade at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG distribution, with a proven track record in sales management.
• Strong understanding of SAP and Salesforce, with experience in implementing and managing these systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Proven ability to analyze data and drive strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with the FMCG industry, including consumer trends and market dynamics.
• Certification in sales management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
