📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our automotive financing products.
• Assist customers in understanding and selecting the most suitable financing options.
• Manage and update customer records using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
• Report on sales performance and customer feedback to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound telesales or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance products and services.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
