In this role, you’ll be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-in and check-out, providing information about the hotel and local attractions, and ensuring that guests feel welcome and at home. You’ll work closely with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations and provide exceptional service to our guests.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly first impression.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out, including verifying guest details and providing necessary information.
• Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience.
• Assist with guest requests and ensure their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the lobby and check-in/check-out desks.
• Work collaboratively with the front desk team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to the overall guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a front desk or reception role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail, with a commitment to providing accurate and timely information.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest service software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
