📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Provide training and support to junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
