📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.,Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.,Contribute to the development of the company's brand and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must, knowledge of local language is a plus.,Passion for education and a desire to contribute to the development of the training industry.
