📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Stock and manage merchandise to ensure optimal display and availability.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor new team members to ensure high levels of performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local market trends is desirable.
