📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.
• Create and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed.
• Monitor food costs and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure that all financial records and reports are accurate and up-to-date.
• Attend and participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
