📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
  • Check guests in and out, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including reservations, cancellations, and changes.
  • Provide information about the hotel, its amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and front office procedures.
  • Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
