🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management and formulation administration.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock movement, and quality assurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
