📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and requirements.,Source and screen candidates using various recruitment channels.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Schedule and conduct interviews and assessments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and manage relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment metrics and analytics.,Certification in recruitment or HR is a plus.
