Mart Base Dinamis is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain practical experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable on a regular basis.,Process and maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and other stakeholders as required.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages.,Maintain and update financial records and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
