📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service to international guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
• Assist with food and beverage ordering, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of meals and drinks.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized bar, ensuring that all drinks are served efficiently and accurately.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the cash drawer, ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, as well as proficiency in other international languages is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and wine pairings.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
