You'll work closely with a team of skilled technicians and engineers, utilizing industry-standard software such as SAP and MES systems to monitor and optimize production.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily injection molding operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze production data using SAP and MES systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports for management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding production supervision.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Proven experience with SAP and MES systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of quality control principles and standards.
- Familiarity with injection molding machines and processes.
