As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we attract and retain top talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and grievance resolution.,Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
