📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and operated efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and mileage.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Assist in the preparation of budget estimates and cost control for fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
