📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.,Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and stakeholders.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.,Proven track record of success in financial management and reporting.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools.,Experience in a similar role in a multi-national or large organization is a plus.
