📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive revenue growth.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.,Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as required.
