📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and operation of the store, ensuring smooth daily operations.,Support the sales team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the store's inventory.,Provide excellent customer service and assist in the resolution of customer queries and complaints.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other relevant documents.,Participate in sales promotions and marketing activities.,Assist in the training and development of new staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.,Familiarity with basic sales techniques and strategies.,Ability to use computers and common office software.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
