📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and improve operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
  • Train and develop staff to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to the management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in Indonesian and English.
