📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial accounting processes, including month-end closing, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to management and external stakeholders.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Manage and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
