Global Cloud Dinamis is looking for a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to support our company's growth and success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis to understand the needs of each position,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide recommendations,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders,Maintaining a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends,Providing regular reports and updates to the hiring team on recruitment activities and progress,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,Fluency in English, both written and spoken,Understanding of the Indonesian job market and industry trends is a plus
