📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Monitor and ensure the security of IT infrastructure,Install, configure, and update software and hardware,Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects,Maintain and update IT documentation,Conduct regular system backups and recovery tests,Assist in the recruitment and training of new IT staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations,Familiarity with common IT security practices and protocols,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Familiarity with common office software and tools

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g.PythonJavaScript)Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworksExperience with cloud computing platforms (e.g.AWSAzure)Knowledge of cybersecurity best practicesFamiliarity with project management tools (e.g.JiraTrello)Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g.VMwareHyper-V)
