📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution process to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocks.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and transactions.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular reviews of distribution performance and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to distribution.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and practices.,Proficient in using distribution management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
