Cemerlang Insurance is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in Balikpapan. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of beverages to our customers. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in our office and at our customer locations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to customers, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.,Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.,Interact with customers to provide excellent service and create a pleasant dining experience.,Follow food and beverage safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.,Stock and manage inventory of beverages and supplies.,Assist in training new staff members and maintaining a positive work environment.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and expenses.,Participate in team meetings and follow company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,At least 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.,Knowledge of various types of drinks and their preparation methods.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting software is a plus.,Ability to work both in an office and at customer locations.
