📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Manage employee relations and maintain a positive work environment,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback,Organize and facilitate training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
