📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle all aspects of customs clearance, including documentation, filing, and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth import/export processes.
• Monitor and manage customs duties, taxes, and other fees to ensure compliance and minimize costs.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of customs clearance processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on customs regulations and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs clearance activities.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all regulations and standards.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs clearance, preferably in the Indonesian market.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, including the Import Export Control System (SIMPAD) and the Customs Clearance System (SIPP).
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
